Welcome to Dirt Bike Africa the off road company Web site (the “Site”). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the “Terms”). Dirt Bike Africa the motorcycle accessory company may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this Web page. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed.
Dirt Bike Africa ( DBA ) has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to DBA is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. DBA will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.
DBA is a legal trading business registered with the South African Department of Trade and Industry and is registered with the South African Revenue Services.
DBA is affiliated to Cape Sport Center, based in Langebaan, Western Cape Province, South Africa and is a manufacturer and reseller of the Dirt Bike Africa brand. All products are manufactured locally in South Africa.
In order to provide you with the best possible shipping rates, shipping charges will be calculated upon receipt of order. Dirt Bike Africa SA will ship the best way possible by selecting the carrier favourable to your shipment. You will be contacted via e-mail (or telephone) with the final cost of your order, including shipping, along with payment instructions once the shipping is calculated.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Dirt Bike Africa.
All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when the leave the Dirt Bike Africa Facility. For any damaged package, DBA will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Call / e mail DBA within 24 hours of receiving damages goods and save the damaged carton for possible carrier inspection. Failing to do so will jeopardize your being compensated for the damaged goods.
Returned merchandise is not permitted without our prior approval. All claims for shortages, errors or defective material must be made within ten days after receipt of goods. All returns must have our Return Authorization Number. Failure to do this places the merchandise at our disposal. Invoice number must accompany all returns, and freight must be prepaid. If the error is ours, freight and replacement credit will be issued. All returned good are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
