This is our Super Max 15 tooth 520 chain application sprocket.

One issue with the final drive system of the Honda XR650L is the thin ( 8.5MM ) front sprocket quickly wearing the output shaft leading to break downs way out there or a very costly repair.

Now you can have minimum output shaft wear, minimum chain drive wear with this sprocket.

A great fix for badly worn shafts or use with heavy touring loads.

Our warranty extends to the fit of the sprocket to a stock, un-modified 1993 to 2025 Honda XR650L’s with 520 chain. We are sorry but since we have no control over the environment this sprocket is to be used in and wear is not covered by warranty. However, our sprockets are manufactured using the same processes as other manufactures so the wear life of your sprocket will be the same or better than sprockets from other manufactures.
